UnD is a Japanese brand centered on matcha and tea. We work with tea producers and suppliers across Japan, selecting by origin, cultivar, processing method, and intended use. Our story began with Japanese shokupan, and bread and pastry remain part of the broader experience surrounding tea. UnD Wholesale brings our selection to cafés, restaurants, retailers, and distributors worldwide.
Matcha
& Tea
The current collection includes matcha from Uji and Yame, certified organic matcha from Iga, and Japanese teas such as hojicha. Each tea is selected for its origin, cultivar, processing method, flavor profile, and intended use.
Drinking Heals carries Japanese tea through Ippuku—a pause with tea—across hojicha, genmaicha, gyokuro, kabusecha, and wakoucha.
Baked
for Tea
UnD began in 2024 with Japanese shokupan made for sandwiches. That beginning shaped our name and logo: different words can sit between “Un” and “D,” like ingredients between slices of bread.
Bread and pastry remain part of UnD today. The selection includes melon pan, cookies, matcha terrine, and other baked goods. Matcha terrine is supplied regularly to partner cafés. Other items appear at events, pop-ups, and occasional online releases.

UnD Wholesale ships 30+ tons annually to cafés, restaurants, retailers, and distributors worldwide. The selection centers on matcha from Uji and Yame, certified organic matcha from Iga, and Japanese tea for professional use.
