Our bread is handmade with carefully selected, safe, and secure ingredients, and is completely additive-free. We use organic flour and a unique formula that includes up to 75% almond milk, heavy cream, and water to create a moist, fluffy bread with a mellow flavor. Almond milk contains less fat and fewer calories than raw milk, and is rich in minerals and vitamins. It also adds natural sweetness and a mellow mouthfeel, giving it a taste more akin to brioche than ordinary bread.
Three different flavors are available: Basic, Chocolate, and Condensed Milk.

The Melon bread, a very famous Japanese sweet bread, and cookies made with Japanese ingredients are available. Our melon bread is made with UnD's signature almond milk bread dough and baked with almond pudding kneaded cookie dough on top, making it fluffy, crispy. Our cookies are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside with a very elegant sweetness. The cookies come in three different flavors: the basic cookie, a matcha cookie made with premium Uji matcha green tea, and a buckwheat tea cookie made with traditional Japanese buckwheat tea.

Our Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture is the highest quality matcha produced with historical background and processing methods using 100% tea leaves produced exclusively in Kyoto. We source our high-quality, healthy, authentic matcha directly from the farmers.
Our original miso is made by by a female miso maker with 30 years of miso making experience using rice koji inherited from a long-established soy sauce shop located at the foot of Todaiji Temple in Nara that has been in operation for 160 years, and completely additive-free handmade miso made with Japanese soybeans. Miso is considered the pride of Japan as a superfood with many health benefits.
