Hudson Wilder Pop-up Recap
Thank you for joining us.
On June 14, 2025, we held a pop-up event at Hudson Wilder in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
Thanks to your incredible support, everything sold out within just one hour. We’re truly grateful to everyone who came by.
Here’s what we served:
Nama Donuts
Soft and airy donuts made with UnD’s original almond milk bread — a Japanese-style Nama Shokupan dough — offered in two seasonal variations: one filled with our house-made matcha cream made from UnD’s premium blend matcha (the same high-quality matcha used in our lattes), topped with a slice of fresh lemon for a bright citrus balance to the earthy flavor; and another filled with fresh whipped cream and generously topped with ripe strawberries for a light, juicy finish.Nerikiri (Wagashi)
A traditional Japanese sweet often referred to as “edible art.”
Delicately handcrafted with seasonal motifs, each piece captured the elegance of Japanese confectionery craftsmanship.
Hudson Wilder — a beautifully curated home goods store offering glassware, Taiwanese goods, and specialty coffee — was the perfect setting for this special event.
We are sincerely thankful to the Hudson Wilder team for this opportunity, and to everyone who supported us on the day.
We’re already working on our next pop-up.
