Nama Donuts & Wagashi Pop-Up at Hudson Wilder in DUMBO
UnD is pleased to announce a special one-day pop-up at Hudson Wilder, a thoughtfully curated home goods store located in DUMBO, Brooklyn.
For this event, we will be offering two signature Japanese confections that reflect the UnD philosophy: a deep appreciation for quality, seasonality, and the quiet beauty of craftsmanship.
Nama Donuts
Our Nama Donuts are crafted using our house-made Almond Milk Bread—an original Japanese-style “Nama Shokupan” dough that is soft, moist, and delicately sweet.
Each donut is filled with freshly made matcha cream and ripe strawberries, offering a harmonious balance of flavors and textures.
Nerikiri (Wagashi)
Also available will be Nerikiri, a traditional Japanese confection often referred to as "edible art."
Handcrafted with care, Nerikiri features seasonal motifs and a smooth, refined taste that captures the essence of Japanese aesthetics and attention to detail.
