Located in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood, UnD is a new café that incorporates Japanese culture and flavors. We are currently in the soft opening phase, offering a selection of our menu items. At our café, we use high-quality matcha sourced directly from a farm in Uji, Kyoto, and feature Japan's premium “Almond Milk Bread” as the centerpiece. Guests can enjoy sandwiches, toasts, and melon bread made with this special dough.

While the café currently lacks signage and graphics, creating a somewhat bare atmosphere, we plan to showcase unique teas and matcha that can only be found here in New York. Additionally, we will introduce ceramics by artists living in Japan and original UnD products to add character to our space.
