Japanese Matcha Events and Catering in New York
UnD brings Japanese tea culture to events across New York — matcha catering, pop-ups, and collaborations with brands and venues. Each event pairs premium Uji matcha and Japanese confections with the setting it appears in.
Matcha Catering
At Studio 525 in Chelsea, Audio-Technica presented the sound installation HOTARU. UnD joined as a catering partner with a menu centered on premium Uji matcha, serving guests inside an atmosphere modeled on the Japanese tea room. UND × Audio-Technica HOTARU
UnD also caters matcha sweets and fresh nama donuts — made with Uji matcha and UnD's almond milk bread dough — for private events and school field trips. Matcha Sweets & Donuts Catering
Pop-Ups
For PORTER's 90th anniversary pop-up store in New York, UnD created a limited melon bread in special packaging featuring the PORTER mascot and UnD's character Ms. Fruffy. UnD × PORTER 90th Anniversary
At Hudson Wilder, a home goods store in DUMBO, Brooklyn, UnD held a one-day pop-up serving nama donuts and nerikiri wagashi. Everything sold out within one hour. Hudson Wilder Pop-up Recap
