UnD selects Japanese matcha by its confirmed origin, cultivar, processing, flavor, and intended preparation. The collection includes matcha from Uji and Yame, certified organic matcha from Iga, and Daily Matcha, a premium culinary Uji matcha blend.
Ceremonial blends, single-cultivar matcha, and koicha-grade matcha support different preparations. Some are whisked as usucha or koicha; others are selected for lattes, pastries, and baking.

Wholesale
The wholesale range includes matcha from Uji and Yame, certified organic matcha from Iga, and hojicha powder. Bulk formats start at 1 kg, with 1 kg, 3 kg, and 5 kg orders packed as 1 kg bags. Samples are available in 20 g pouches, with one sample per product in each order. Sample pricing and ordering require approved wholesale access.
